Who We Are

DVGVoIP is the VoIP division of DVG Systems, an IT services company headquartered in Thunder Bay, Ontario. We specialize in business telephony for companies across Northern Ontario — from sole-operator offices to multi-site enterprises.

Our focus is hosted 3CX PBX and SIP trunking, and our principal consultant is a 3CX Advanced Certified Engineer on V20, recertified in September 2026. We're not a national carrier trying to fit you into a cookie-cutter package. We're a local team that understands the challenges of running a business in Northern Ontario: the geography, the limited carrier options, and the need for a phone system that just works.

We've deployed hosted phone systems for businesses in Thunder Bay, Nipigon, Schreiber, Marathon, Manitouwadge, Longlac, Geraldton, Armstrong, Timmins, Matheson, Bear Island, and remote single-site operations across the region.
